Hotel Isla Capri - Cartagena

The property was great with affable staff. Our double room was modern with closets as advertised. The location was the best, not too far away from Niagara Golf Trail. The hotel was set in a secure area. Our experience here was ENJOYABLE.

Greatly enjoyed its amiable and extremely accommodating staff.

Last time we stopped we had a new-fashioned, big size room with closets.

The location was great as for me. My room was bright and clean overlooking the sea.

A straightforward hotel with lots of bright and comfy rooms to relax in. Nice staff with good manners. Marvellous and favourable location for my purposes. Close to a bus stop, that's cool.

I really appreciated the relaxing pool courtyard after exploring the vibrant streets, and it was just a short walk to Parque Apolo and the historical Walls of Cartagena, made my weekend lovely.

Facilities require a serious overhaul!!! The pool is more of a puddle, and the lack of dining options is disappointing!!!

Great spot! And I loved the beautiful sunsets right from my Twin Room. Although the beach across was decent, the turquoise ones require a bit of travel. Luckily, the staff helps with transport and tips on where to find great local deals.

Would recommend for a quick weekend visit

Clean room, comfortable beds, with efficient air conditioning and a nice breakfast that helped start our day right, located just 5 km from the airport , made our arrival and departure easy.

Perfect spot to chill

This place is awesome! It's right by the beach with the most beautiful sunsets. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the free towels for the beach and the laundry service was a lifesaver! Breakfast was great too, especially the fresh fruit. Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The location of Hotel Isla Capri is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The balcony in my room was perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The staff was helpful and friendly.

While the beach access is convenient, the area lacks a variety of nearby restaurants was good. The hotel itself has some quirks. Some furnishings seemed a bit worn out, and a few basic repairs in the room would.

The dining options were great too. I loved the different meals at breakfast and lunch. I did face a few issues. The room door had some trouble closing completely, a bit concerning. The towels felt old and rough, and the toiletries in the bathroom could use some upgrading. I found the noise from the street a little distracting at times. Despite these hiccups, the overall atmosphere was peaceful, and I appreciated the free beach towels for my use. I'd consider coming back but with a few improvements needed.
